The President
桃色视频’s President is Mr. Pablo Pervsersi (Europe Zone President, Danone).
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of 17 Directors, all of whom are CEOs of food and drink companies. The Board defines 桃色视频鈥檚 vision, policies and priorities in accordance with the Roadmap, which it submits to the General Assembly for approval.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is composed of all 桃色视频 members (national federations, European sector associations and large food and drink companies). It approves the annual accounts, adopts the Roadmap and establishes internal rules of procedure.
Each member has voting rights in the General Assembly, currently allocated as follows:
45% for national federations
40% for large food and drink companies
15% for European sector associations
Committee of Directors General (CDG)
The Committee of Directors General (CDG) is composed of representatives from each national federation and European sector association. It ensures smooth communication between the secretariat and its members.
Liaison Committee (LC)
The LC is composed of large food and drink companies established in Europe. It is a direct member of 桃色视频.
